I have several cans right now (well, to be honest, probably 8 or 9 cans!), but just can't get into the idea of pumpkin right now whilst it is so HOT and humid outside here in NC. Pumpkin and choc chips are a fantastic combination!

My boyfriend LOVES it when I make British pancakes. Thanks to a couple of years in London, I have the crepe-style, sugar and lemon juice thing down! :)

(And when I lived there, no one even knew what American-style pancakes were. My friends were very dubious when I made them!)

~Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-110182288030764192.post-23685243130972868712011-08-20T03:32:40.389+01:002011-08-20T03:32:40.389+01:00Lucy these are absolutely delightful looking!!! &l...Lucy these are absolutely delightful looking!!! <3Kelsey Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15880426389321835449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-110182288030764192.post-86083079272617911692011-08-19T14:40:32.212+01:002011-08-19T14:40:32.212+01:00Just read the last post: thinking of Izzy and hope...Just read the last post: thinking of Izzy and hope she's doing well. She's obviously such a lovely girl, and that takes a lot for me to say as I am NOT a kiddie person at all.

My favourite breakfasts are all my many green smoothie variations, although I have to say that chocolate cherry chia pudding with cacao powder sauce is my current obsession. I've never had pancakes for breakfast! It's the combination of needing to be GF and me being a hungry lazy beast in the morning so they always seem like too much effort. I'm sure double choc chip pancakes would be my favourite though, probably with PB on top ;) When I was a kid we always had British pancakes and I'd get through 3: one with banana/jam/vanilla ice cream, one with stewed apple and ice cream, and one with sugar/lemon. Yummers :D

xxxJessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11577732790717175356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-110182288030764192.post-48340193786435678512011-08-19T14:27:22.336+01:002011-08-19T14:27:22.336+01:00Oh yum.
